Never missed an appointment before. Got charged a $35 no show fee for an appointment we never had. Was told we have to pay it or be turned into collections. Never got a phone call, text, or email reminder either when we have gotten them all the time in the past. Sounds like a computer error. Will never go back.
Saw Dr. Lee about a half dozen times- that was 6 times too many. Would never go back and would NEVER recommend him to anyone. He has the personality of a troll, probably because I think he is one. His office staff also has troll-like tendencies. Terrible customer service- they are only interested in getting your money- not providing quality care or customer service- Would NEVER go back!
Dr. Lee was very nice and helpful! Gave me the best surgery of my life! I can’t thank him enough! Completely grateful!
I think the doctors are technically good, however, I think they need to be more sensitive to young patients.
Dr. Lee has been my ENT for over 10 years. I think he is very nice and knowledgable. I agree that the staff in the swansea office could be friendlier, but I wouldn't describe them as trolls. I have chronic and severe ear issues and some other issues that Dr. Lee was able to take care of. He talks to me about course of treatment and we decide together what I want to do.
